Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with beautiful rooms featuring Bay windows overlooking Bath. The staff were highly recommendable, making my stay lovely and serving a delicious breakfast with many choices. Thank you for a lovely stay!
My stay at the hotel was absolutely lovely! The rooms were cosy and comfortable, offering fantastic views across Bath, and the large bed was super comfy. I appreciated the little touches like lavender on the pillows and classical music playing when we entered. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, allowing us to check in early and even provided fresh milk for our tea and coffee. The location was excellent, with beautiful views over the city and just a short walk to the center. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic stay!
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was superb, close to the city center, but the rooms were small for the price paid. The service was outstanding with exceptionally friendly staff, yet the dining options were limited at breakfast.
